Deliveries and Returns
We like to ensure that your Whist product is as freshly made as possible. We only make small batches for that very reason. Although we usually ship your product to you within just a couple of days, please allow up to 7 working days from the day you place your order.
Our products are shipped to you via Royal Mail. Most parcels will require a signature on delivery. Delivery is a flat rate of £3.99, but orders over £30 receive free postage.
We are happy to send your Whist order direct to a lucky recipient if you would like us to. Simply let us know it is a gift, and where you would like it sent to.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I hope that you love your Whist product. However, should it arrive and not be quite right, I am happy to accept returns within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and unused. On receipt of the returned item, I will process your refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to process. I am afraid that postage will not be refunded in circumstances where products are not faulty.
Unfortunately, Sale items cannot be returned
I do my upmost to ensure your Whist order is totally protected and securely packaged. But should the unfortunate scenario occur where your order arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damaged item, and contact me within 2 working days. I will aim to resolve this matter via a full refund or replacement (stock permitting) within 72 hours. Please email email@example.com
